Classes are held every Mondays and Tuesdays

from 8pm till 9:30pm

We are currently training at the Botanical gardens.

We practice mainly Savate techniques, yet, from time to time we focus on Boxing or Kickboxing.
Our goal is to teach proper Boxing/ Kickboxing, and to enable our members not only to do, but to enjoy sparring!

In general, our sessions consist of 3 parts:
- Technical/tactical drills
- Strength & conditioning
- Sparring

We would normally start with one or two Boxing /
Kickboxing techniques, and then practise them
through some drills.

In terms of strength & conditioning, our routines
almost always focus on cardio, muscular endurance
and speed, which are the main physical necessities for our sport.

Eventually, every class ends with sparring. The choice is offered to our members to challenge each other with some light sparring, and possibly more competitive rounds for the advanced students who are up to it!
