Our goal is to teach proper Boxing/ Kickboxing, and to enable our members not only to do, but to enjoy sparring!
In general, our sessions consist of 3 parts:
- Technical/tactical drills
- Strength & conditioning
We would normally start with one or two Boxing / Kickboxing techniques, and then practise them through some drills.
In terms of strength & conditioning, our routines almost always focus on cardio, muscular endurance and speed, which are the main physical necessities for our sport.
Eventually, every class ends with sparring. The choice is offered to our members to challenge each other with some light sparring, and possibly more competitive rounds for the advanced students who are up to it!
